At Bee Transformed, every order is prepared with care. Some items may be ready to ship quickly, while others – especially personalised products – require a little extra time to create and prepare before dispatch.
Processing Times
Once payment has been received and cleared, standard order processing usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order before it is handed over for delivery.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on:
- order volume
- product type
- personalised/custom requests
- public holidays or peak periods
Delivery Times
We currently use PUDO Locker-to-Door for deliveries to main and major cities in South Africa.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes an additional 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier delays, peak seasons, weather, or service interruptions.
Personalised and Bulk Orders
For personalised items and/or larger orders of 10 items or more, additional processing time will be required.
This is because customised and bulk orders often involve extra preparation, production, quality checks, and packing.
If your order falls into this category, Bee Transformed will do its best to communicate expected turnaround times clearly. In general, please allow extra time beyond the standard 3 to 5 business day processing period.

Delivery is available within South Africa, to main and major cities.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Important Notes
Please make sure that your delivery information is correct when placing your order. Bee Transformed cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service. While we will always try to assist where possible, Bee Transformed is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Delays During Peak Periods
During busy periods, promotions, holidays, or special launches, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Urgent orders
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether the turnaround time is possible.
